Have been visiting Knox Ford Service for an issue with my Next Gen Everest. Though fixing the issue is still worked on, I have to call out the brilliant team at Knox Ford Servicing for taking care of me. Bailey Pavich is a great guy, genuine Service Advisor who listens to you, make you feel comfortable and always have the customer need at the forefront. He has been always helpful, knowledgeable and supportive.

I am in WA and contacted Knox Ford about a ute I was interested in. My point of contact was a young bloke named Rhyce. I explained what a leap of faith it was to purchase a vehicle without me seeing and/or driving the car. 2020 Ranger Supercab. (I did manage to get my son to do a test drive)
Long story short Rhyce was excellent. He kept me up to date with the progress of the sale, the ute was being serviced and a small issue was identified that will be fixed under warranty.
He advised when the car transporter collected the ute, along with photos of the condition of the vehicle. It was detailed prior to shipping.
Rhyce along with the whole back of house team made me feel comfortable with the remote sale and purchase process.
To the management, keep up the good work and employ more people like Rhyce and you will do very well.
